The principal Act is hereby amended by inserting immediately above the sub-heading “Provisions as to Driving and Offences in connection therewith” appearing immediately above section 24 thereof the following expression: —“PART IIIGENERAL PROVISIONS RELATING TO ROAD TRAFFIC”.
