Amendment of section 53

Subsection (1) of section 53 of the principal Act is hereby amended —

(a)

by inserting immediately after the word “whole” appearing at the end of paragraph (d) thereof the words “or for the use of two or more persons who pay separate fares”; and

(b)

by deleting the expression “having seating capacity for not more than six persons (including the driver),” appearing in the second and third lines of paragraph (e) thereof.
