Amendment of section 70

Section 70 of the principal Act is hereby amended —

(a)

by inserting immediately after the word “be” appearing in the second line of subsection (1) thereof the expression “drawn,”;

(b)

by inserting immediately after the word “so” appearing in the third line of subsection (1) thereof the expression “drawn,”;

(c)

by inserting immediately after the word “be” appearing in the first line of subsection (3) thereof the words “drawn or”; and

(d)

by inserting immediately after the word “be” appearing in the second line of subsection (8) thereof the words “drawn or”.
