Amendment of section 5
Section 5 of the Public Utilities Act (hereinafter in this Act referred to as “the principal Act”) is hereby amended by deleting subsection (1) thereof and substituting therefor the following: —“(1) The Board shall consist of —
(a)
a Chairman to be appointed by the Minister; and
(b)
not less than five but not more than eleven members to be appointed by the Minister.”.
