Clause 2

Section 10 of the Arms Offences Act, 1973, is hereby amended by inserting immediately after the word “Singapore” appearing in the fourth line of paragraph (a) thereof the expression “when such member is carrying any arm in, or in connection with, the performance of his duty”.
