Clause 5

Repeal and re-enactment of section 20

Section 20 of the principal Act is hereby repealed and the following substituted therefor: —“Newspaper register

20. The Registrar shall keep a newspaper register in books consisting of copies of the applications for permits and of the permits granted under section 13 of this Act.”.
