Clause 7

Amendment of section 34

Section 34 of the principal Act is hereby amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “declarations” appearing in paragraph (a) thereof and substituting therefor the words “permits and licences”; and

(b)

by deleting the expression “permits, licences and declarations” appearing in paragraph (b) thereof and substituting therefor the words “permits and licences”.
