Amendment of section 37

Section 37 of the Pawnbrokers Act is hereby amended —

(a)

by deleting the semi-colon appearing at the end of paragraph (b) thereof and substituting therefor a full-stop; and

(b)

by deleting paragraph (c) thereof.
