Amendment of section 46

Subsection (1) of section 46 of the principal Act is hereby amended —

(a)

by deleting the expression “sections 37 to 45” appearing therein and substituting therefor the expression “Part IV”; and

(b)

by inserting immediately after the word “use” appearing in paragraph (f) thereof the expression “, management and control”.
