Amendment of section 56
Section 56 of the principal Act is hereby amended —
(a)
by inserting immediately after subsection (5) thereof the following new subsection: —“(6) Where persons have to work under water, underwater breathing apparatus, goggles and other necessary protective clothing and appliances shall be provided for their use.”; and
(b)
by renumbering the existing subsection (6) thereof as subsection (7).
