Amendment of section 60
Section 60 of the principal Act is hereby amended —
(a)
by deleting subsection (1) thereof and substituting therefor the following: —“(1) Every registered medical practitioner attending on or called in to visit a patient whom he believes to be suffering from any of the diseases named in the Sixth Schedule to this Act and contracted in a factory shall (unless such a notice has been previously sent) forthwith send to the Chief Inspector a notice in the form set out in the Tenth Schedule to this Act.”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “prescribed form” appearing in the third line of subsection (3) thereof and substituting therefor the words “form set out in the Eleventh Schedule to this Act”.
