Amendment of section 6

Section 6 of the Factories Act, 1973 (hereinafter in this Act referred to as “the principal Act”) is hereby amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “or vessels” appearing in the second line of paragraph (a) of subsection (2) thereof; and

(b)

by deleting the word “or” appearing at the end of paragraph (a) of subsection (5) thereof and substituting therefor the word “and”.
