Clause 22

Subsection (2) of section 68 of the principal Act is hereby amended by deleting paragraph (e) thereof and substituting therefor the following: —“(e)the provisions of section 21(1), subsections (1) and (2) of section 22, subsections (2), (3), (5), (7), (7A), (11) and (12) of section 33, subsections (1), (3), (4), (5), (5A), (6), (7) and (8) of section 34, subsections (4), (5) and (6) of section 35 and subsections (1), (2) and (3) of section 45 of this Act;”.
