Amendment of section 28
Section 28 of the principal Act is hereby amended —
(a)
by renumbering the existing section as subsection (1); and
(b)
by inserting immediately after subsection (1) thereof the following new subsection: —“(2) For the purpose of instructing any person employed at any such machine or process on the safety measures to be observed in respect of the safe operation of any such machine or process an employer shall cause to be displayed on such machine or at a place nearest to the process a notice written in languages understood by the persons employed at such machine or in any such process describing those safety measures.”.
