Section 49(1).Notice of Accident/dangerous Occurrence(This notice shall be completed in triplicate by the occupier of a factory or the actual employer of the injured for each person injured in an accident/dangerous occurrence pursuant to section 49(1) of the Factories Act, 1973 and forwarded to the Chief Inspector of Factories, Ministry of Labour, Havelock Road, Singapore 1).
