Amendment of section 13
Section 13 of the principal Act is amended by deleting subsections (4) and (5) thereof and substituting therefor the following: —“(4) The provisions of this section shall not apply to any fund established and maintained by the Association to be used for the purpose of compensating persons who suffer pecuniary loss from any defalcation committed by any member of the Association in the course of or in connection with their business.”.
