Clause 6

Name of societies

(1)

No society shall be registered by a name which in the opinion of the Registrar is undesirable.

(2)

Every society shall have —

(a)

the word “co-operative” or its equivalent in the Malay, Chinese and Tamil languages as part of its name; and

(b)

the word “limited” or its equivalent in the Malay, Chinese and Tamil languages at the end of its name.
