Registration
(1)
If the Registrar is satisfied that a society has complied with the provisions of this Act, that its proposed by-laws are not contrary to this Act and that the proposed undertaking of the society is likely to be viable, he shall register the society and its by-laws.
(2)
In every case in which the Registrar refuses to register a society, he shall communicate his decision to the applicants.
(3)
An appeal against the refusal of the Registrar to register a proposed society shall lie to the Minister within two months from the date of such refusal, and the decision of the Minister thereon shall be final.
