Clause 92

Case stated on question of law

(1)

Notwithstanding anything contained in section 91, the Registrar at any time when proceeding to a decision under this Act, or the Minister at any time when an appeal has been referred to him against a decision of the Registrar under this Act or an award of an arbitrator or arbitrators under subsection (6) of section 91, may refer any question of law arising out of such decision or award for the opinion of the High Court.

(2)

Such judge or judges of the High Court, as the Chief Justice may direct, may consider and determine any question of law so referred, and the opinion given on such question shall be final and conclusive.
