Clause 13

by deleting subsection (1) thereof and substituting therefor the following: —“(1) Any person who exhibits, distributes or advertises or causes to be exhibited, distributed or advertised any film or part thereof —

in respect of which a certificate has not been issued;

which has been altered or tampered with in any way since the certificate in respect of the film was issued;

where the certificate in respect of the film has ceased to be valid under section 17 of this Act; or

where the advertisement in respect of the film has not been approved by the Board under section 15 of this Act,shall be guilty of an offence under this Act and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding five thousand dollars.”;

by deleting the word “Cinematograph” in the second line of subsection (2) thereof; and

by inserting, immediately after the word “exhibited” in the fourth line of subsection (2) thereof, the words “or distributed”.
