Miscellaneous amendments
The principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “one” wherever it appears in the following provisions and substituting therefor in each case the word “five”: —Sections 6(2), 7(3), 9(5), 12(b), 17(3) and 23(4);
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the word “exhibition” wherever it appears in the following provisions, the words “or distribution”: —Sections 5(1)(b), 5(2), 9(1), 10(1)(a), 10(1)(c), 11(1), 13, 16(1), 19(1), 22(1)(a), 23(1), 29(c) and 30(1); and
(c)
by inserting, immediately after the word “exhibit” wherever it appears in the following provisions, the words “or distribute”: —Sections 5(1)(a), 10(1)(b) and 29(c).
