Clause 15

Where the name of a person has been removed from the register in pursuance of a direction under subsection (1) of section 14, the Board may, on the application of that person, not less than three months from the date of the removal of his name from the register, direct that the name be restored to the register either without fee or on payment of such fee as is prescribed; and the Registrar shall give effect to such direction.
