Clause 19

A person who, in an application for registration under this Act, makes or produces or causes to be made or produced any false or fraudulent representation, certificate or declaration, either verbally or in writing, and any person who knowingly aids or assists therein shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both such fine and imprisonment.
