Clause 4
Meetings of the Board
(1)
The president of the Board shall be the chairman of all meetings of the Board at which he attends.
(2)
In the absence of the president from a meeting, the members present shall elect from amongst themselves a person to be the chairman.
(3)
The chairman of a meeting of the Board shall have a casting vote.
(4)
The Board shall meet at such places and times as the president may appoint and at a meeting of the Board, three members shall form a quorum.
(5)
No business shall be transacted at a meeting of the Board unless a quorum is present.
(6)
Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Board may determine its own procedure.
(7)
The Board shall cause proper records of its proceedings to be kept.
