Entry of higher qualifications
(1)
A person whose name is registered and who has obtained any qualification which is higher than the qualification in respect of which he has been registered shall, subject to the provisions of subsection (2), be entitled to have such higher qualification inserted in the register in substitution for or in addition to the qualification previously registered, without payment of an additional fee.
(2)
The Board may decide what higher qualifications shall be inserted in the register pursuant to this section.
