Clause 7

Cesser of application

(1)

The Foreign Tribunals Evidence Act, 1856, and the Evidence by Commission Act, 1859, shall cease to apply to Singapore. [19 and 20 Vict. c. 113 22 Vict.c. 20 48 and 49 Vict. c. 74.]

(2)

The Evidence by Commission Act, 1885, shall, in so far as it applies to civil proceedings, cease to apply to Singapore.
