Clause 15

The financial year of the Corporation shall begin on the 1st day of April of each year and end on the 31st day of March of the succeeding year, except that for the year during which the Corporation is established the financial year shall begin on the date of the establishment of the Corporation and shall end on the 31st day of March of the succeeding year.
