Expenses
(1)
Save as otherwise provided, all expenses incurred in carrying out the purposes of this Act shall be met from the funds of the Corporation.
(2)
Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act, the Minister may, at any time before the commencement of this Act or of any Part thereof, do all such acts and incur all such expenses as he may consider necessary in connection with the establishment of the Corporation; and upon that date all such acts and expenses shall be deemed to have been done and incurred by the Corporation.
