Clause 21

The Corporation shall cause proper accounts and other records in relation thereto to be kept, and an annual statement of accounts to be prepared in respect of each financial year.

The annual statement of accounts of the Corporation shall present a true and fair view of the financial position of the Corporation and of the results, for the year to which it relates, and the operation of the Corporation.

All such accounts shall be submitted for audit not later than the 30th day of August in every year.
