Clause 26

Television and sound broadcasting undertakings of the Government

In this Part, “television and sound broadcasting undertakings of the Government” means —

(a)

all the lands, buildings and other property, movable or immovable, vested in and held by the Government immediately before the commencement of this Part for the purposes of television and sound broadcasting; and

(b)

all assets, powers, rights, interests and privileges as well as all debts, liabilities and obligations of the Government in connection therewith or appertaining thereto.
