Clause 31

All deeds, bonds, contracts, agreements, instruments and working arrangements subsisting immediately before the commencement of this Part affecting any of the television and sound broadcasting undertakings of the Government transferred to the Corporation under subsection (1) of section 27 or any employee of the Government transferred to the service of the Corporation under section 28 shall be of full force and effect against, or in favour of, the Corporation and enforceable as fully and effectually as if, instead of the Government or any person acting on behalf of the Government, the Corporation had been named therein or had been a party thereto.
