Clause 34

Where an employee of the Government has been transferred to the service of the Corporation pursuant to section 28, the Corporation may reprimand, reduce in rank, retire, dismiss or punish in some other manner such person for any misconduct, omission or neglect of duty which took place or occurred whilst he was in the employment of the Government if such misconduct, omission or neglect of duty would have rendered him liable to be reprimanded, reduced in rank, retired, dismissed or punished in some other manner by the Government, if this Act had not been enacted.
