Clause 37

Corporation and employee not liable for loss or damage

The Corporation and any employee thereof shall not be liable for any loss or damage substained by any person as a result of any error, omission or inaccuracy in any broadcast matter transmitted by the Corporation, whether or not such error, omission or inaccuracy is caused by the fault of the Corporation or an employee thereof.
