Clause 4
Constitution of the Corporation
(1)
The Corporation shall consist of a Chairman, a Deputy Chairman and such other members, not being less than three and not more than seven, as the Minister may from time to time determine.
(2)
The provisions of the First Schedule to this Act, which relate to the appointment and remuneration of the Chairman, the Deputy Chairman and other members of the Corporation and to the procedure of and other similar matters concerning the Corporation, shall have effect with respect to the Corporation.
