Clause 51

Transitional provision

Any licence issued under the provisions of the Broadcasting and Television Act to any person to —

(a)

install or work any broadcasting apparatus; or

(b)

offer for sale, sell or have in his possession, with a view to sale, any broadcasting apparatus,shall be deemed to have been issued under this Act.
