Amendment of section 30
Section 30 of the Economic Expansion Incentives (Relief from Income Tax) Act is amended by deleting from subsection (1) thereof the words “without making any deductions which may fall to be made under any of the provisions contained in” and substituting therefor the words “before taking into account the allowances provided for in”.
