Clause 14

All deeds, bonds, agreements, instruments and working arrangements subsisting immediately before the date of the coming into operation of this Part affecting the lands, buildings and other properties, movable or immovable, transferred under subsection (1) of section 13 or any employee of the Lembaga or the Industrial Training Board transferred to the service of the Board under section 16 shall be of full force and effect against or in favour of the Board and enforceable as fully and effectually as if, instead of the Lembaga or the Industrial Training Board or any person acting on behalf thereof, the Board had been named therein or had been a party thereto.
