Clause 15

Any proceeding or cause of action pending or existing immediately before the date of the coming into operation of this Part by or against the Government, the Lembaga or the Industrial Training Board or any person acting on behalf of the Government, the Lembaga or the Industrial Training Board in respect of the lands, buildings and other properties, movable or immovable, transferred under subsection (1) of section 13 and the rights, interests, obligations and liabilities in connection therewith or appertaining thereto may be continued and enforced by or against the Board as it might have been by or against the Government, the Lembaga or the Industrial Training Board, or such person, as the case may be, if this Act had not been enacted.
