Interpretation
In this Part —“proprietor”, in relation to any vocational training institution, means the person or body of persons responsible for the management of the institution, and for the purposes of the provisions of this Part relating to applications for registration of vocational training institutions, includes any person or body of persons proposing to be so responsible;“teacher”, in relation to any vocational training institution, includes an instructor thereof.
