Registrar of Vocational Training Institutions
(1)
The Board shall appoint one of its officers to be the Registrar of Vocational Training Institutions.
(2)
The Registrar shall keep a register in which shall be entered —
(a)
the name of every vocational training institution registered under this Act; and
(b)
the name of the proprietor and manager of every such registered institution.
(3)
The Registrar shall enter in the register such other particulars as may from time to time appear to him to be necessary.
