Clause 7

Vacation of office of member

The office of a member shall be vacated if he —

(a)

becomes of unsound mind;

(b)

becomes a bankrupt or suspends payment to, or makes any arrangement or composition with, his creditors;

(c)

is convicted of an offence involving dishonesty or fraud;

(d)

has been absent, without leave of the Board, from three consecutive meetings thereof; or

(e)

resigns from his office.
