Clause 25

Any person who assaults, obstructs, resists or interferes with any fire officer or any police officer or person assisting the Fire Service or acting under the orders of the Director or other fire officer in charge on the occasion of a fire shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars.
