Clause 12

The principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after section 75 thereof, the following section: —“Intervention in solicitor’s practice75A. The powers conferred by Part II of the Schedule to this Act shall be exercisable in the circumstances specified in Part I of the Schedule.”.
