Amendment of section 79

Section 79 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the word “object” in the proviso to subsection (2) thereof, the words “to the Chairman of the Board and”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the word “that” in the first line of the proviso to subsection (3) thereof, the words “the Comptroller shall not be entitled to object to the Chairman of the Board and”.
