Constitution of the University
(1)
The University shall be governed by the provisions of the University Constitution set out in the First Schedule to this Act.
(2)
The Minister may, on the advice of the Council, amend the University Constitution by order published in the Gazette.
(3)
Statutes and regulations of the University made under the University Constitution shall not be deemed to be subsidiary legislation.
