Clause 8

Amendment of section 18

Section, 18 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting paragraph (a) of subsection (1) and substituting the following: —“(a)the Deputy Director of Medical Services (Dental); or”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “Assistant Director of Medical Services (Dental)” in subsection (3) and substituting the words “Deputy Director of Medical Services (Dental)”.
