Repeal and re-enactment of section 19
Section 19 of the principal Act is repealed and the following substituted therefor: —“Power to make rules19.—
(1)
The Minister may make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Act and, in particular, the Minister may make rules for all or any of the following matters: —
(a)
the fees to be collected by the Collector of Land Revenue; and
(b)
the form of grants, leases, grants in fee simple, and other instruments for the purposes of this Act.(2) All rules made under this section shall be published in the Gazette and shall be presented to Parliament as soon as may be after publication.”.
