Clause 2

Section 4 of the State Lands Act (hereinafter in this Act referred to as the principal Act) is amended by deleting subsection (1) and substituting the following: —“(1) Every grant or lease of State land issued under this Part shall be in the prescribed form and shall be signed by the Collector of Land Revenue.”.
