Repeal and re-enactment of section 12
Section 12 of the principal Act is repealed and the following substituted therefor: —“Grants in fee simple12.—
(1)
Grants in fee simple shall not be issued otherwise than in accordance with this Part, save as provided in section 11.(2) Every grant in fee simple issued under this Part shall be in the prescribed form and shall be signed by the Collector of Land Revenue.”.
