Amendment of section 68

Section 68 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the word “individual” in the second line of subsection (5), the words “who is not a citizen of Singapore and”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the word “intervals” in the last line of subsection (6), the words “or who is a citizen of Singapore”.
